Injury Diagnosis
This is a formal discussion and assessment, where a diagnosis of your injury takes place. We will then explore how the injuries may have occurred and what possible treatments may be suitable for you .
Sports Massage
1 hour – £45 / 30 minutes – £30
Sports massage is designed to help reach the deeper muscles using a variety of techniques to relieve muscular aches and pains, and assisting in recovery from injury. Ideal for those who prefer a slightly firmer pressure.
The main benefits from a sports massage are:

- Enhances relaxation, mood, and your confidence in movement.

Soft Tissue Massage
1 hour – £44, 30 minutes – £30
Soft tissue Massage is for those who prefer a more gentle pressure. Using a combination of techniques, to help aid relaxation to the muscles.

Exercise Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation programmes are designed to help offer extra support alongside other treatment methods. They are used to help strengthen, stretch and assist back to top form after an injury.

- Increases muscular strength, which aid as support for the body.
- Decreases the risk of re-injury.
- Aids in improvement of postural control.
Kinesiology Taping

Taping is used to offer support to an injured area. There are a variety of techniques to different joints/muscles. This type of tape is designed to stay on for at least 5-10 days.
There are some benefits from using this method within a treatment:
- Provides support within movement, giving more stability for the joint.
- Improves posture imbalances.
- Decreases pain, inflammation, and bruising.
Postural Assessment

Poor posture can be caused by a variety of things, such as muscular weakness. If posture is an issue, it can later be a contributing factor for an injury. Therefore SE Sports Therapy provides postural assessments with the aim of supporting the client a pain free life.
